Home About Us Membership Cystic Fibrosis Projects Contact Us Calendar Members Only	The Kinsmen Club of Edmonton in conjunction with the 65 Roses Sports Committee (Cystic Fibrosis) would like to invite your corporation to participate in the 9 annual Kinsmen Labatt Corporate Cup Hockey Tournament. The Tournament will benefit the local chapter of Cystic Fibrosis. On behalf of the Kinsmen Corporate Cup Committee, we look forward to seeing your team’s participation and thank you for your support. 2008 Tournament Format There will be three divisions: Labatt Division of eight (8) teams. Cystic Fibrosis Division of eight (8) teams. Kinsmen Division of eight (8) teams. Each Division will have two teams Kinsmen Labatt Corporate Cup in their respective division on Sunday. Tournament Information If your team participated in the 2004 Corporate Cup, it will have first right of refusal for the 2006 tournament. We need to know your intentions ASAP. The current number of teams from last year’s tournament is twenty four (24). Entrance Fee $1000.00. A $400.00 non- refundable deposit is due on or before January 14, 2008 to guarantee a spot in the tournament. Player’s name, age, and affiliation with your firm are required on the team registration form. Registration forms will need to be submitted prior to the start of the tournament. Requirements ask that each team (with the exception of the goaltender) has a minimum of 75% company affiliation in the Cystic Fibrosis and Kinsmen Divisions. Date of the Tournament: Feb. 14, 15, 16 & 17, 2008 Games begin at 6:00 P.M. on the 15th and 16th. Games begin at 7:45 A.M on the 17th. All games played at the Kinsmen Twin Rinks. (Kinsmen Arena, 1979-111 Street, Edmonton) Each team is guaranteed three games. Entry Includes: Corporate Cup Trophy/Plaque for Winners in the Labatt, Cystic Fibrosis and Kinsmen Divisions. Official Corporate Cup 2007 Shirt for each player. A"Grab Bag" for each player. Team Beer after each Game. Team Orientation for Team Captains at The 19th Hole at Center Ice Lounge located at the Kinsmen Twin Arenas Cystic Fibrosis/Game Rules/Pizza/Refreshments. Media Coverage: The Team 1260- Our Committee is actively soliciting the media for coverage of the tournament to raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. Silent Auction upstairs in the 19th Hole at Center Ice Lounge Items include signed NHL jerseys plus more autographed prints and photos. The Tournament Champion’s in the Labatt, Cystic Fibrosis, and Kinsmen Division each receives: Prize package for each winning team member to a maximum of 15 players. The right to raise the Championship Cup!
